CSV awards

Each row awards a share to a Base wallet. We issue entries after validation, not on upload receipt. Max 5 MB / 5,000 rows. Over cap on new rows → accepted: 0.

Columns

wallet required (Base 0x + 40 hex) — the share identity and payout destination
partner_user_ref optional — your own audit tag (not used as identity or for payout)
idempotency_key, campaign_code, occurred_at optional

If you omit idempotency_key we fingerprint the row for that calendar day so a second upload of the same file does not charge again.

Same UTC calendar day (including post-lock re-upload): zero new debits.
Next UTC day is new weight. Accidental next-day re-upload of yesterday’s file is a new debit.
Partners who need exact replay across days must send an explicit idempotency_key column.
Same wallet aggregates share weight for the week; different wallets are different identities.
